Do Not Sell My Personal Information
A plain-language summary of our position on selling personal information and the privacy choices available to you. Trust is the foundation of behavioral health support, and we take it seriously.
This is a plain-language summary of how Chaperone Health approaches the concept of “selling” or “sharing” personal information under privacy laws such as those in California and other jurisdictions. Our full policy language and any required request mechanisms are being finalized and will govern in case of any difference from this summary.
1. Our position
We do not sell personal information. Behavioral health information is among the most sensitive data we handle, and monetizing it would run counter to everything Chaperone stands for.
2. What “sharing” can mean
Some privacy laws define “sharing” broadly. Where any activity could be considered sharing under those definitions, the final policy will describe it plainly and explain the choices you have to limit it.
3. Your choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to opt out of certain uses of your information, and to access, correct, or delete it. The final version of this page will include the request methods and any verification steps needed to honor those choices.
4. How to submit a request
Until the final mechanism is published, you can reach our team through the conversation options in the site header and footer. We will route privacy requests to the right place.
